Each client has there own Username and password to access the online Helpdesk via
the internet. There is a link on the home page of the Counter Solutions website
that takes you straight to the log on page
Once logged in each client has visibility of all calls that have been logged against
their profile. They also have the opportunity to log new calls and update existing
calls.
