From the first project meeting to the final day of go live, the product manager will be your single point of contact and will work with you to ensure a smooth implementation of your system. Using the technical skills gained through years of experience of installing and supporting Counter Solutions systems, you can be assured that all aspects of the project will be managed to the highest technical standard. This includes the technical interpretation of the sales order, working with all the key stakeholders involved on the project, Hotstaging your system and installing it on site. All product documentation such as technical manuals and meeting minutes are maintained and distributed by Counter Solutions. A full operational audit of the system, at the end of the implementation phase is conducted at our offices to ensure that the system has been built to the original specification. The Product Manager will be on hand to make any last minute configuration changes before the system is shipped to its destination.


Training and Operational Consultancy

This service does not just include staff training, but also the interpretation of your operational needs into a fully integrated control system using the solutions supplied by us. Using a set of structured training objectives for each product, we devise a training schedule that meets your specific requirements. Our consultants, who are graduate level managers with wide experience of the hospitality industry, are briefed to view both the operational and manual aspects of your operation.


Configuration and Implementation

Counter Solutions employs a structured ‘hot staging’ methodology for implementing your chosen system. This starts with the agreeing a detailed operational specification with you, much of which will be drawn from our pre-sales analysis. Once this is defined individual actions, dependencies, timescales are identified and agreed. Counter Solutions then builds and configures the complete system and tests it against the agreed specification. When this is complete you are invited to test the system to ensure that the operational and business objectives defined at the start of the project are available in the completed system. Only then is the system signed off by both parties as being complete and ready for implementation into the operational environment. This is a unique offering as it gives Counter Solutions to ability to build the system using the exact configuration as it would be on site, thus de-risking the installation.

This involvement in the validation of the information used, and the resulting database, allows you to add your unique knowledge of the requirement to the process.
