For clients were networking is not possible Counter Solutions have developed our USB Interrogation for off-line sites enabling users to simply collect data from the devices via a USB and send this information to their SmartSuite database from any computer in the world with an active internet connection. This offers benefits both in terms of cost and reliability when compared against traditional handheld PC devices designed for collecting data. We also support mixtures of on-line and off-line devices on the same database allowing us to offer a truly flexible global system.
