Wall Mounted EFT Loader

Functional Overview

The Wall mounted EFT Loader is designed to provide cashless loading via Credit and Debit cards.

Networking options, the Pin Pad must have a networking connection to gain bank authorisation for the transactions, this can be achieved via Ethernet network or GPRS. For the cashless transaction data:-

Connected to an Ethernet network with access to the internet to provide transactional information to SmartSuite.

Operated offline where networking is unavailable with a large internal memory capable of storing up to 10,000 transactions. Transactional data is extracted from the device using a USB memory stick, the data can then be uploaded to SmartSuite by inserting the USB memory stick into a PC with an internet connection. Specific CS software is included on the USB memory stick to automate the data extraction and upload to SmartSuite.

Receipts can be produced either automatically or on demand depending on banking regulations.

Card holder selects pre-set values of funds to load to their cashless card using buttons on the front of the device to increase throughput and ease of operation.

Large display informs user of operations, card balance, and amount of funds loaded to card.

Department access rights can be used to restrict selected departments from using the device.

The Wall mounted Note-EFT Loader is designed to provide cashless loading from Notes and via Credit/Debit cards.

Networking options, the Pin Pad must have a networking connection to gain bank authorisation for the EFT transactions, this can be achieved via Ethernet network or GPRS.

For the cashless transaction data:-

Connected to an Ethernet network with access to the internet to provide transactional information to SmartSuite.
