Following continued success in the UK, Counter Solutions expanded into the European market and established Counter Solutions GmbH. Based in Heidelberg, Counter Solutions GmbH quickly established many clients within all market sectors such as Business and Industry and the Education sector.
We were quick to realise that the German market had different demands than previously encountered in the UK and, due to our customer driven approach to business, we were able to develop systems that met the demands of our clients at every level.
Working closely with our German clients and identifying their needs, we were able to redesign their product offering, specifically catering it to the German market. This investment allowed us to provide cutting edge, innovative solutions which stand them apart from our competitors allowing us to secure many prestigious clients throughout Germany.
Part of this development involved interfacing to many third party applications such as access control and POS applications. This gave us the ability to offer a comprehensive service and solution to its new and existing client base.

Additionally we produced web based solutions that not only allow users to load funds to their cashless card but also to host a client’s server from a dedicated and secure data centre. This not only provides cashless users more flexibility as to how they load funds onto their cashless cards, but also drives down the cost of hardware needed on site which is seen as a big advantage to the customer.
Counter Solutions GmbH have dedicated teams of development, installation, support and project management allowing us to offer an end to end solution from conception to implementation, as well as continued after sales support and service.
